We offer very small group and private, highly personal instruction in a warm and friendly environment. Our energetic training coaches work with people of all ages and experience levels to identify the best program to help you achieve your goals. We complement our personal attention with cutting-edge digital tools. Fit 3-D body scan baseline helps to establish and monitor goals, while Heart Rate Monitors motivate and measure progress in each session.
Our programs provide the most effective combination of the newest, scientifically proven techniques. Semi-Private and one-on-one personal training includes metabolic and strength training that works. We have 30 and 45 minute programs that recognize your busy lives, in great workouts delivering super results that you will feel and see.
